The consultant/trainer

The consultant/trainer, Eddy Weemaes, is also the creator of the Harmo concept for Team-building and Leadership development.
He was educated in Economics in Antwerp and Brussels and worked for over 22 years for the major global oil companies BP and Mobil. In his career he lead operations in several European countries and was part of several international management teams of market-leading business units.
He lived and worked in the Benelux, London and Singapore and finished that career as a Global Customer Service and Demand Manager for a market-leading business unit within BP Oil International. In that role, he served global B2B customers in more than 80 countries around the world and had teams reporting to him in over 20 countries in 4 continents .

His passion for interpersonal relations, for leading, coaching and developing people and teams ; for different cultures, in combination with his musical talents, brought him to develop his concept of using music metaphors and analogies in management training.
During the training, you’ll find an exceptional balance between training – consulting – and edutainment (the integration of education and entertainment, and a relationship not with a "consultant" or a “trainer” but with a “colleague”.

He is married and has 2 sons of 18 and 16 years young . Next to his passion for people and music, he’s also a passionate sportsman.
